Mondays

The beginners course starts at 6pm and finishes at 6:50pm. Training for all grades is from 7pm until 8:15pm, with the advanced class starting immediately afterwards until 9pm. Training takes place at the following address:

Thursday training for all grades is from 7:15pm until 8:30pm, with the advanced class starting immediately afterwards until 9pm.

Sunday morning training is for all grades starting at 10am through to 11:30am. Thursday and Sunday training takes place at the following address:
